Tiers currently include Base, INSPIRED ($250), IN LOVE ($750), and OBSESSED ($1,500). Depending on your tier, eligible purchases may earn 1, 1.5, or 2 points per dollar. Points may be redeemed for specified reward products, with one reward item redeemable per order.

Preferred Customer membership is currently listed at $24.95 for 12 months and provides a 20% discount on products at the time of initial enrollment. Preferred Customers may also receive site-wide discounts on eligible orders, faster checkout, and convenient access to order history.

Discount levels may increase to 25% at $500 and 30% at $1,000 in eligible product purchases, calculated using the product's retail value unless the item is on sale. The highest discount level earned remains intact annually upon renewal, according to program terms.

Subscription orders let you choose a recurring schedule — such as every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the product. Retail Customers currently receive 5% off subscription orders and free shipping. Preferred Customers receive their regular account discount and free shipping on subscription orders meeting the $50 subtotal threshold.
